Core Beliefs
- We believe that God, who is Himself truth and only speaks truth, has revealed Himself to mankind through Jesus Christ as creator, redeemer, judge, and Lord.
- There is only one eternal and triune God, who operates in three distinct, yet perfectly united persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that the one, true, and living God has revealed Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each with distinct attributes, but without any division of nature, essence, or being. We are unapologetically Trinitarian in our theology.
- We believe that the Holy Scriptures (Old & New Testament) are the authoritative Word of God. The Bible does not receive its authority from the church, tradition, or any other human source. The Holy Bible is authoritative because it has God for its author, and truth, without any mixture of error for its content.
- We believe that faith in Jesus Christ alone is the only way a person can be made right with God. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. His substitutionary death on the cross is the only provision for mankind's sin, and the only means by which mankind can be made right with God.
- We believe that Jesus Christ bodily resurrected from the grave, ascended to Heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, is making constant intercession for believers, at some unknown point in the future returning to judge the living and the dead.
