
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Coach Ellis-Fisher was a four-year varsity player at Mt. Healthy High School, where she was the team captain her senior year and won the model shoe award for academics, athletics, and citizenship. After playing a year at Wright State University she transferred to Trinity International University and graduated with a BA. While playing at her alma mater Coach Ellis-Fisher led her team to three National tournament appearances, was a three-time All American, All Conference, All Region, All tournament team, CCAC Player of the Week, and two-time defender of the year. In 2011 she finished her first year in the WPSL, scoring in her debut game.
Before beginning the men's and women's soccer programs here at OMW Coach Ellis-Fisher coached the Fairfield High School girls' soccer team, leading them to a 13-5 season and earning a top-four ranking in Cincinnati.
Heather has been coaching club and high school for the last 20 years and is currently the girls technical director for the Fairfield Optimist Soccer Club.
Originally from Rose Hill, Coach Peppard is a graduate of Rose Hill High School, where he holds the record as all-time leading scorer. He then attended Newman University, where he was a three-year captain. During his time at Newman, he was a two-time First-Team All Conference and First-Team All Region Defender. Coach Peppard played three years in the PDL with the Colorado Rapids U-23's, Indiana Invaders, and Springfield Demize, and most recently finished his first professional season with the Cincinnati Kings (PASL Pro division 2010-2011). He spent three years as a trainer for the Rose Hill Soccer Club and one season as the girl's varsity assistant at Rose Hill High School.
Originally from Cincinnati, Chambers was the goalkeeper at Lakota West High School in 2005 where he kept 14 shutouts his senior year. He attended Miami University and graduated with a psychology degree while winning three intramural championships.
