Coach Parker has been an assistant and head coach for the past nine years at the high school and professional levels. Coach Parker served the past two years as the head coach at New Miami High School. He was also an assistant coach for the Cincinnati Commandos professional indoor team, which won the CIFL Championship the past two years. Coach Parker previously was the running backs coach at Highlands High School in 2008 when they won the Class 5A Championship. He also coached at Harmony Prep School for two years as the offensive coordinator and spent two years at Milford High School as the special teams coordinator. He also coached at Hughes High school and Taylor High School. Coach Parker is a 1994 graduate of Sycamore High School. He also has an undergraduate degree from Miami University and a Masters from Northern Kentucky University.

Coach Parker resides in Morrow with his wife Michelle and their two-year-old daughter Emma.
